When Chris Woodhead, Kyle Allred, and Dave Adoff began playing together, the chemistry

was immediately apparent. By the end of the first jam session, they had written"You've

Changed,"the lead single from their debut album, DifferentGhosts. They knew they had

found not only a song, but a band.

The trio quickly began writing material for their debut. Chris's songs provide a West Coast

warmth, pairing sun lit melodies with themes of perseverance and self-reflection. Kyle's song-

writing adds a Southern swagger, exploring subjects ranging from love& loss to social

awareness. Dave contributes a gritty East Coast sensibility, giving the songs a solid foundation. Together, their collective influences blend into a sound that feels both fresh and familiar.

Different Ghosts was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Andy Clarke at Retro City Studios in Philadelphia. The album combines the kinetic connection discovered during that first jam, with a lived-in confidence cultivated over a year’s worth of shows in & aroundPhiladelphia.

Following the recording sessions, longtime friend and musical collaborator Dennis Prendergast joined the band, adding the final layer to complete Quarry's lineup and expand its sonic palette.
